Building construction began for Koh Brothers Group in 1983. Joint Venture Between FEC Skypark Pte Ltd & Koh Brothers

Koh Brothers has joint ventured with FEC to redevelop the two Freehold sites (formerly known as Hollandia & Estoril) acquired via en bloc at Prime District 10 in the Holland precinct. The new kid on the block is known as Hyll On Holland located at 89 – 99 Holland Road.

FEC, the leading developer, holds 80% interest in Hyll On Holland with Koh Brothers having 20% interest.
